Working principle of Raymond Mill

In the device, the separation and collection are carried out, and then discharged through the powder discharging pipe, which is the finished powder, and the airflow is further sucked into the air blower by the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The entire airflow system is closed and circulates under positive and negative pressure conditions.

In the grinding chamber, because the material to be ground contains a certain amount of moisture, the heat generated during grinding causes the gas in the grinding chamber to evaporate to change the gas flow rate, and the sealing of the joints of the whole machine is not good, resulting in the inhalation of outside air and the circulation air volume. The main working process is to drive the central shaft to rotate through the transmission device. The upper end of the shaft is connected with the plum blossom frame. The frame is equipped with a grinding roller device and forms a swinging fulcrum, which not only rotates around the center, but also revolves around the grinding ring while the grinding roller revolves around the grinding ring.
